How to Raise a Complaint
Last updated: October 2026
Everyone who reaches out to Lastephen Concrete should be treated fairly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what you can expect next. It is a general template, not legal advice.
What You Can Bring to Us
You are welcome to contact us about:
- Your experience when you called or messaged Lastephen Concrete
- How your personal information was handled
- Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
- The behavior of a provider we matched you with
If the Problem Is a Provider
Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each one answers for its own estimates, pricing, workmanship and customer service. If you have trouble with work at your home, raise it with the provider first, and keep a written record of what was said.
Still, let us know. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest, and providers who keep falling short may be removed. Please note that Lastephen Concrete cannot settle contract disputes, refund money you paid a provider or act on a provider's behalf.
Sending Your Complaint
Email contact@lastephen.living and include:
- Your name and the phone number or email where we can reach you
- The date you contacted us or the provider
- The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
- The provider's name, if you have it
- A short summary of what happened and the outcome you are hoping for
After You Write
We will confirm by email that we received your complaint. We will look into what happened, which may include contacting the provider. Then we will reply with what we found and any steps we plan to take.
Still Unhappy?
If our answer does not settle things, reply and ask us to look again. You may also contact your state consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. Your state's contractor licensing board may be able to help with licensed providers.
